At Counter Culture DIY, we want to ensure your creative projects are a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring that all resins and pigments are upright and tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Ship to Workshop

  Affix your shipping label and send the package back to our distribution center; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
